Our comprehensive package will make your journey to London and the South-east area totally stress free, allowing you to settle in and enjoy yourselves as soon as possible.
BASIC PACKAGE
This basic package is a comprehensive list of all the things to do in your area, specifically designed for your children's age group. It will also include opening times and admission prices of places to visit, both indoor and outdoor, and contact details for the nearest doctor's surgery and Accident and Emergency hospital.
GOLD PACKAGE
This includes the silver package, plus a personal service which consists of some or all of the following :-
Hiring pay-as-you-go mobile phones
Delivering to your new address on your arrival a box of nappies, formula, babycare products and baby food of your choice.
Hiring safety plugs and stairgates etc.
Liasing with schools and childcare centres on your behalf.

BRONZE PACKAGE
This includes the Basic Package, plus car seat hire and pick up/ collection to and from the airport
EQUIPMENT RENTAL
It is, of course, possible to hire baby equipment seperately from our packages. Please mail us with your requirements.
SILVER PACKAGE
This includes the Bronze Package, plus cot bed and/or highchair hire

A few years ago I was working as a travelling opera singer, having no problems adjusting to the lifestyle of the various cities where I was a temporary resident. I am now married to an opera singer, and we have 2 young children.
Travelling has still been an important part of our lives, but we have realised how difficult it can be to organise life in a foreign city with 2 children for 6 weeks or more.
Our daughter will start school in September, so we felt that it was a good time to use our experiences in setting up a helpline for short-stay visitors to this country.

Did you know that the Quinny Zapp can fit onto the plane as hand luggage? Especially if you are travelling with two or more children, it can be really usefull when you get off the plane at your destination. Often the passport control/ luggage pick-up is so far away from the docking post that having a buggy with you to put the smallest child, plus a bit of hand luggage on is invaluable.
Please check with your Airline to confirm this before heading off to the airport. This will eliminate any last minute problems at the check-in desk.
